Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services through this site. By accessing, using or obtaining any content, data, materials, information, products or services through the King's Star Tour and Travel Services website (“Our Website”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept all of these Terms, then please do not use Our Website.

USE OF THE WEBSITE:
As a condition of your use of Our Website, you warrant that (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation; (iii) you will use Our Website in accordance with these Terms; (iv) you will only use Our Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act; (v) you will inform such other persons about the terms and conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto; (vi) all information supplied by you on Our Website is true, accurate, current and complete, and (vii) if you have a KingStarHolidays.com account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to Our Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms.

Flight Reservations and Ticketing

  • Payments: Prices are not guaranteed until tickets have been paid for in full and issued, and are subject to change at any time until then. As soon as we receive payment, we will begin ordering and issuing tickets. Currently, as we do not take payment online, payment has to be done in person at our office: Jl. LetJend. Suprapto No. 2N, Medan 20151, North Sumatera, Indonesia.

    Depending on the itinerary, please allow two to four weeks from the time payment reaches us for tickets and/or e-ticket confirmations to be delivered. Tickets may be issued as paper tickets, e-tickets, or a mix of both.
  • Forms of Payment: We accept cash or credit card (all major credit cards except JCB and Diners) as payment for the full ticket price. Tickets will not be released until full payment has cleared.
  • Date Changes: Travelers can make most date changes directly with the airlines involved while they are traveling. Some dates may only be changed through our office. Availability of seats and date change fees are subject to the airlines’ policies. Our office can advise about the policies regarding a specific itinerary on request. We can assist in making your date changes for a USD$100 per flight fee (subject to change), in addition to the date change fees charged by the carrier. Some segments may not allow date changes. In some cases, the ticket must be submitted for a refund and a new ticket purchased for the new travel dates. (Please see the section on Cancellations, below.)
  • Routing Changes: Once tickets have been issued, routing changes (including adding, removing, or changing stopovers or connections) are not permitted. If a routing change is needed, the ticket must be submitted to us for a refund and a new ticket purchased for the new travel routing. (Please see the section on Cancellations, below.)
  • Visas/Special Permits: The traveler is responsible for obtaining any necessary visas and travel permits for all countries that they will be traveling to or transiting through, and for informing themselves as to which countries/areas within countries require visas and/or special permits. Visa and entry requirements may vary depending on travelers’ nationality, the length of stay, and the purpose of the visit, among other factors. Visa information and visas can be obtained by contacting the Consulate or Embassy of the countries involved or from a visa service. Please also make certain that the traveler’s passport is valid for at least six months after the latest expected end date of your planned trip, as most countries will not allow entry if the passport will expire sooner. We are not lawyers, and nothing we say should be interpreted as legal advice concerning visas, entry requirements, immigration, or residency.
  • Health and Safety Matters: The traveler is responsible for determining what, if any, vaccinations or other health or safety precautions are necessary or recommended for their destinations. We are not physicians, and nothing we say should be interpreted as professional medical advice. Government health advisories can be found on the internet at: http://www.who.int
  • Baggage: Check with the specific airlines. Most domestic Indonesian carriers and some international carriers now charge for each piece of checked baggage. For most international flights, baggage is limited to a total of 20 kg. (44 lbs.), total of all pieces and items including carryon items. If the traveler plans to check and/or carry on more than 20 kg. of luggage per person on any of their flights, they should check directly with each airline in advance for their free baggage limits and excess baggage charges.
  • Reconfirming Flights/Tickets (very important!): King's Star takes no responsibility for reconfirming flights or for advising the traveler of airline schedule changes once the tickets have been issued. Standard airline rules in effect in most countries require that international flights must be reconfirmed directly with the airlines concerned at least 72 hours prior to departure of each flight or the airline(s) may cancel your reservations. The traveler should plan on contacting each airline concerned by phone or at a city ticketing office at least three days before the flight to reconfirm and check for any schedule changes. We recommend that travelers reconfirm each flight, even if the airline says that it is not required.
  • Airline Default/Involuntary Schedule Changes: King's Star takes no responsibility in the event of an airline’s default, cessation of service on a ticketed route or schedule change. Travel insurance that covers airline default is highly recommended.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations can be made without penalty before ticket is purchased. Our cancellation penalties apply as soon as we have received payment. Some tickets are completely non-refundable. Cancellations for any reason whatsoever, including medical reasons, death in the family, strikes, wars, weather, natural disasters, airline default or government travel warnings will not entitle the traveler to any refund in the case of nonrefundable tickets or waiving the cancellation penalties in the case that the tickets can be refunded. If tickets can be refunded, airlines cancellation policy applies, which can be up to 90% of the cost of the tickets and can take 6 months to a year or longer to obtain, and we will charge additional cancellation penalties. Trip cancellation and interruption insurance is therefore highly recommended. For the best coverage, travel insurance should be purchased at the same time as the airline tickets.

For Hotel Reservations:

When you click the "Book Now" button to make your hotel reservation, you will be visiting a website outside www.kingstarholidays.com. This hotel reservation website is owned and operated by Booking.com, and usage of this hotel reservation website is subject to Booking.com's terms and conditions. The selection of hotels offered is at the sole discretion of Booking.com and all payments are made directly to Booking.com. Should you have any issues with your hotel reservations, you will need to resolve it directly with the hotel itself and/or Booking.com in accordance to their terms and conditions.

 

Please remember to check the hotel’s cancellation policy before making any reservations. In many cases, you may cancel or change your paid hotel reservations, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fees indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. If you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours) prior to your date of arrival, you will be subject to a charge of applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with the hotel no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation.

 

Some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals may have a different and stricter cancellation policy.


You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.

 

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES:
Our Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than King's Star Tour and Travel Services. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of such websites. Further, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select or software you download (whether from Our Website or other websites) is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and other items of a destructive nature. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.

RESPONSIBILITY/RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
You understand and are aware that during the air, sea and land travel itinerary in which you will participate under the arrangements of King's Star Tour and Travel Services (hereinafter referred to as the Company), and its agents, associates, affiliated companies, or subcontractors, certain risks and dangers may arise, including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in unsafe areas or under unsafe conditions, the hazards of traveling in politically unstable areas, the dangers of civil disturbance and war, the forces of nature, the negligent or reckless acts or omissions of, and/or the bankruptcy, insolvency or cessation of services by, the Company’s affiliated companies, airlines or subcontractors. In consideration of, and as part of the payment for, the right to participate in such air itineraries,you have and do hereby expressly assume all of the above risks. The terms of this agreement shall serve as a release and express assumption of risk for yourself, your heirs, assignees, administrators, executors, and all members of your family, including any minors accompanying you. You have read and fully understand the provisions and the legal consequences of this Release and Assumption of Risk and you hereby agree to all its conditions, especially noting and agreeing to the portion of this provision that releases the Company and its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, affiliated companies, and subcontractors, to the extent permitted by law, from liability for the negligent or reckless acts or omissions of the Company’s affiliated companies, airlines and subcontractors.

 

Syarat dan Ketentuan

Pelayanan Reservasi dan Pembelian Tiket Penerbangan

  • Reservasi:

Semua reservasi tersedia pada saat pemesanan tiket.
Semua pemesanan yang diterima adalah tiga hari dari tanggal keberangkatan.

 

  • Transportasi Udara:

Untuk memberikan penawaran terbaik dengan menggunakan maskapai penerbangan utama, King's Star akan memberikan tarif tersebut pada saat pemesanan. Pajak dan tarif dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada agensi dan penumpang. Harga, pajak, dan jadwal tidak dapat dijamin sebelum tiket dibeli. Seluruh syarat dan ketentuan maskapai penerbangan berlaku. Jadwal dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan; adalah kewajiban penumpang untuk mengubungi maskapai penerbangan dalam waktu 72 jam sebelum keberangkatan untuk memastikan jadwal penerbangan. Apabila gagal melakukan check-in pada hari keberangkatan maka tidak akan ada pengembalian uang. Penumpang bertanggung jawab terhadap barang bagasi pada saat perpindahan penerbangan.

 

  • Jenis Pembayaran:

Anda dapat memilih salah satu metode pembayaran berikut: Tunai atau Kartu Kredit.  Pembayaran dapat dilakukan di kantor King's Star di Jl. LetJend. Suprapto No. 2N, Medan 20151, Indonesia.

 

  • Validitas Harga:

Harga yang terdapat didalam website tergantung pada ketersediaan dan kondisi. Meskipun setiap penjagaan telah dilakukan, namun harga tetap dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan.

Anda telah mengerti dan menyetujui bahwa harga yang terdapat dalam servis kami bergantung pada syarat dan ketentuan yang spesifik. Merupakan kewajiban Anda untuk membaca ketentuan suatu produk sebelum melakukan order. Kami wajib melakukan verifikasi pesanan Anda apabila terdapat kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh pihak ketiga, seperti mesin booking dan database harga penerbangan. Dalam keadaan demikian, kami akan melakukan konsultasi dengan Anda untuk menyesuaikan pesanan Anda, atau menawarkan produk alternatif lainnya.


Anda diingatkan bahwa tiket penerbangan dan pajak dapat berubah tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Semua harga yang tercantum dapat terjamin apabila pembayaran penuh telah kami terima.

 

  • Pembatalan Tiket:

Tiket yang masih dalam tahap Reservasi/Booking dapat dibatalkan kapan saja atau dibatalkan secara otomatis oleh Sistem Reservasi Airlines bersangkutan bila telah melewati Time Limit tanpa dikenakan biaya apapun. Pembatalan ticket dengan alasan apapun tidak bisa kami layani jika tipe tiket yang sudah dibayar adalah non-refundable. Jika tipe tiket yang sudah dibayar adalah refundable, pembatalan tiket dapat kami layani dengan tetap mengacu pada syarat dan ketentuan yang ditetapkan Airlines bersangkutan dan anda dikenakan biaya pembatalan, bisa sebanyak 90% dari harga tiket.

 

  • Passport/Visa:

Adalah kewajiban Anda untuk melakukan pengecekan dengan kantor imigrasi Anda, kantor kedutaan yang terkait atau konsulat untuk persyaratan passport, visa dan dokumen lainnya, termasuk vaksinasi untuk penyakit menular. Dwidaya Online, atau karyawannya tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas dokumen yang tidak akurat, atau persyaratan visa yang dapat mengakibatkan penolakan atas keberangkatan Anda oleh maskapai penerbangan karena ketidaklengkapan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk melakukan suatu perjalanan. Semua dokumen dan atau visa yang dibutuhkan merupakan tanggung jawab penumpang sesuai dengan yang tertera pada tiket penerbangan.

 

Pelayanan Reservasi Hotel

Harap diingat untuk memeriksa kebijakan pembatalan hotel sebelum membuat pemesanan atau mengubahnya. Kebijakan pembatalan berbeda setiap kamar dan setiap hotel. Untuk kebanyakan hotel, Anda dapat membatalkan atau mengubah pemesanan Anda tetapi Anda bisa dikenakan biaya. Biasanya Anda dapat membatalkan atau mengubah pemesanan Anda sampai 24 jam - 72 jam sebelum kedatangan. Harap diingat bahwa tarif kamar yang 'Tidak Dapat Dikembalikan' (non-refundable) dan kamar dengan 'Penawaran Khusus' lainnya (special atau hot-deals) memiliki kebijakan pembatalan yang berbeda. Anda tidak dapat mengubah tanggal menginap untuk pemesanan dengan 'Penawaran Khusus' dan 'Tidak dapat Dikembalikan' dikarenakan tarif rendah. Jika Anda memilih untuk membatalkan pemesanan untuk kamar tersebut, Anda akan dikenakan biaya sesuai kebijakan hotel.

 

TANGGUNG JAWAB DAN KEWAJIBAN:

 

King's Star Tour & Travel Service (selanjutnya disebut Operator) sebagai pelaku utama; Operator bertanggung jawab untuk mengatur dan memberikan semua layanan yang ditawarkan dalam hubungannya dengan perjalanan ini. Operator tidak memiliki atau mengoperasikan, juga bukan agen dari maskapai pernerbangan yang menyediakan barang atau jasa untuk perjalanan atau untuk opsi yang mungkin tersedia dalam kaitannya dengan perjalanan (termasuk akomodasi dll) dan Operator tidak menyediakan harga perjalanan atau pilihan untuk menjamin terhadap kegagalan dari setiap perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, peserta setuju untuk mencari solusi langsung dengan penyedia, dan tidak menuntut Operator oleh karena kelalaian, kehilangan, cedera, keterlambatan, atau biaya yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung yang disebabkan oleh penyedia barang atau jasa (seperti kualitas pelayanan, kebersihan hotel, dll). Peserta juga setuju untuk tidak menuntut tanggung jawab yang berada diluar kendali perusahaan. Setiap saat, Operator dapat menolak dengan alasan apapun setiap orang sebagai peserta dalam perjalanan dimana Operator hanya berkewajiban mengembalikan pembayaran atas pelayanan yang belum digunakan. Operator atau setiap maskapai penerbangan yang terdapat pada website ini mempunyai hak untuk membatalkan, mengubah ataupun mengganti jasa apapun dengan alasan apapun.
